Justin’s Take

This video is invaluable if you're considering a Greek yacht charter and want to see exactly what you're paying for before committing. Dimitris's guided walkthrough cuts through marketing language and shows genuine craftsmanship, from the hidden sauna to the thoughtful accessibility features that rarely get mentioned in yacht listings.

What impressed me most was how the video highlights details most charter promotions overlook—the private office in the master suite, the two separate bathrooms catering to different preferences, and especially the wheelchair winch system that makes luxury accessible to guests with mobility needs. If you're serious about booking a high-end Greek yacht experience, this tour gives you the clarity to make a confident decision.

We are on Sasteria, and we are meeting Dimitris. How is it going, Dimitris? Nice to welcome on board in Sasteria. I'm Dimitris, the steward on board. Wonderful. Thank you for agreeing to show me around. I will say that we don't have the ideal weather. We'll do only the interior, and this is

exactly the boat where you want to do primarily the interior as it is a recognized boat. It has won the international interior design awards for for beautiful boats for its interior. It's amazing. So, let's let's take a look around, Dimitris. Of course. Here is the main salon of the boat.

I'm the captain. We built in '95. This is the lobby. I would mention that she's been in in the charter charter market a very short period. Yeah. So, only for 3 years. You can tell. I mean, it's it's like it just came straight out. It's been kept in immaculate detail.

It would still win some awards today, I'm sure. Totally 12 guests.

And we will continue to go down to the cabins. We have five cabins. Two VIP, two twin

cabins and one master. Should we start with the master? Of course. Quite a spectacular entrance and the office. The office? Mhm. And the bed, of course, can be separated closing the doors. We have two

bathrooms. One with a bath and the other one with a shower. And uh

Very spacious, very generous. Mhm.

It's almost a system in her bathroom. Yeah, so imagine that one with a tub would be preferred by ladies. And over here Oh, the secret door. The secret door is downstairs to the sauna. All right. Uh yeah, sure. It's very unusual and especially it's in the master cabin. So,

you can see it's like a small private apartment, the master cabin. Is that how you refer to it, the master cabin or The master suite I would even say. And I understand that the wine is nearby as well. We're close to the source. Yeah. Very convenient. You come out of the sauna after a starry night. We haven't

mentioned that. Asteria means a starry night. Is that correct? Exactly. In Greek. So, everything, if you notice, has a is very consistent. They've had 25 years to perfect it. So, the logo will be everywhere and a very consistent design. Beautiful artwork. And the wood.

I would say this I would also mention I appreciate maybe sailing friends appreciate the almost like a little museum with the with the different boats from what I say see mostly uh the cutters. The VIP cabin.

The second VIP. Cabin. They only different with a It's absolutely the same cabin. The only different is uh on the bath. One have bath, the other one have shower.

Twin cabin. Extra bed So, Pullman bunk bed comes down. I would mention that we have new mattresses here. They look very comfy.

From cabin, we are going to the crew area. The second twin cabin. Again, absolutely the same. The only different really with a bed. The third bed Mhm. that is coming from the From ceiling. From the ceiling. Mhm. It's hook up here.

This is This is the Soteria. Uh our pleasure to come and here on board and to show us. Dimitris, it's beautiful, magnificent. I would mention one more thing. There is um um the to access the the cabins, uh there is a wheelchair friendly option

uh that can be put in place to make access easier for people with uh disabilities or just walk walking harder. Yeah, of course. I feel it's important to mention and uh yeah, we have uh on the bridge Mhm. Mhm. wheelchair electric winch, so we can bring the master, whoever have a problem to avoid the staircase, we can

bring them down without any step. That's magnificent and I feel like it should be mentioned. extra, something Absolutely. it's not so easy to find in the sailing boat. And quite important, could be a reason why somebody comes here and has a wonderful time on Soteria. Dimitris, thank you very much.

My pleasure.
