Star of the Seas: World's Largest Cruise Ship Tour
This comprehensive tour documents a full week aboard Royal Caribbean's Star of the Seas, the world's largest cruise ship at 248,663 gross tons. The video follows a family from embarkation day through their final departure, capturing practical details about boarding procedures, room setup, and navigation of the massive vessel. It's designed for prospective cruisers trying to understand what to expect, whether they're first-time sailors or experienced cruise veterans deciding between ships.
The tour covers every major area of the ship across multiple decks, from dining venues and theaters to recreation areas and adult-only lounges. The experience suits families, couples, and anyone considering booking this Icon-class ship for their next vacation—especially those curious about how the ship's enormous size translates into actual onboard experience rather than just statistics.
Key Moments
Must-See Areas and Highlights
Embarkation day walkthrough with timing for parking, security, check-in, and boarding—showing that you can potentially board earlier than your official time slot
Royal Theater showing the Back to the Future musical, with advice to arrive early and aim for center seating to see all stage backdrops clearly
Central Park on Deck 8, a greenery-filled area that connects to suite accommodations and offers a unique retreat from the main ship corridors
Absolute Zero ice skating rink, along with the FlowRider surf simulator and multiple waterslides on Thrill Island—showing the variety of paid activities available
Aqua Dome marketplace on Deck 15 with diverse food options including Thai, barbecue, Mediterranean, and crepes—no lines observed during early embarkation
Royal Promenade spanning multiple levels with Starbucks, karaoke, Italian restaurants, comedy club, and dueling pianos performances throughout the day
What to Know Before You Sail
Parking at the cruise terminal costs $171 for a week; outdoor parking is available as an alternative to the garage for larger vehicles
Have your Set Sail pass and boarding documents ready and fully open before arrival to speed up check-in; the family checked in via passport scan and Royal Caribbean app
Wear or pack a bathing suit in your backpack on embarkation day so you can head straight to pools and grab lunch from the Aqua Dome Market without waiting for room access
Pick up WOW bands (wristbands) and Adventure Ocean tracking bands for children 12 and under at Dueling Pianos immediately upon boarding
Reserve limited activities like ice skating and laser tag right away—the cruise was sold out, meaning popular experiences book quickly
If you watched the muster drill video beforehand online, the physical muster checkpoint scan takes only about 20 seconds
The ship's elevators work differently than previous Royal Caribbean ships: you enter your floor number outside the elevator, receive a letter assignment, and there are no buttons inside the car once you board
Common Questions About Sailing Star of the Seas
How long does embarkation day actually take?
The video shows that parking, security, check-in, photo stops, and guest services visits can be accomplished in under two hours if you arrive prepared. However, the family also visited the box office to modify show reservations, picked up WOW bands, tested for the FlowRider activity, and scanned the muster station—so a realistic timeline with several stops is approximately three to four hours from arrival to lunch onboard.
What dining options are included, and which are worth prioritizing?
The Main Dining Room on Deck 4 offers elevated cuisine, including French onion soup and lobster tail, and one family member identified it as the best food available on the ship. The Wind Jammer buffet serves seafood and other selections. The Aqua Dome Market offers casual options like Thai food, barbecue, crepes, and Mediterranean fare with no waits during early boarding. These three are included; many specialty restaurants require upcharges.
Is the ship too large to navigate comfortably?
The ship features maps on each deck level to help with orientation. While the vessel carries over 7,000 passengers at full capacity, the video demonstrates that guests can move through major areas and locate dining, entertainment, and activities without excessive confusion. Deck numbering and clear signage support navigation.
What activities require advance reservations?
The video specifically mentions that ice skating and laser tag are limited-capacity activities that should be booked immediately upon boarding. Show performances like the Back to the Future musical also benefit from early reservations to secure good seating. Other activities like the FlowRider require a waiver viewing and safety briefing but do not appear to require pre-booking.
Can you bring your own water bottles onto the ship?
Empty water bottles are allowed through security, but filled bottles must be emptied. The family had to empty their pre-filled water bottles during the security screening process.
This video is invaluable for anyone considering a booking on Star of the Seas because it moves beyond marketing photos to show the actual flow of a real family's week, complete with realistic timing and honest observations about which restaurants deliver the best food and how to spend embarkation day efficiently.
I appreciated most how the video covers the practical details no one thinks to ask about—like how the new elevator system works, why you should sit in the middle of the theater, and that you can request to board slightly early without issue. If you're trying to decide between this ship and others, or you're a cruise first-timer nervous about what to expect, this tour is worth watching start to finish.

Star of the Seas is a cruise ship operated by Royal Caribbean International and is the second Icon-class cruise ship, the first being Icon of the Seas.[7] She was built by Meyer Turku in Finland. The ship entered service in August 2025. At 248,663 gross tonnage (GT), Star of the Seas shares the title of the largest cruise ship in the world with her sister ships.
Star of the Seas has a gross tonnage of 248,663 and a capacity for 5,610 passengers at double occupancy (over 7000 at full capacity). She shares the title of the largest cruise ship in the world with her sister ship.
The ship features seven pools and six waterslides, as well as over 40 restaurants and bars spread over its 20 decks. It is split into 8 "neighborhoods": the Royal Promenade hallway that runs down the interior of the ship, the outdoor Central Park courtyard, the Chill Island pool deck, the Thrill Island waterpark, the AquaDome observation area, the family-oriented Surfside outdoor courtyard, the adult-only Hideaway pool deck, and an area dedicated to those staying in a suite.[14] Entertainment onboard includes an adaptation of Back to the Future: The Musical in the Royal Theater, the "Sol" ice-skating show in the Absolute Zero ice arena, and the contemporary circus "Torque" in the AquaTheater.
The ship is powered by six dual-fuel generators, which can run on liquified natural gas. Electricity from these generators powers the ship's three 20-megawatt (27,000 hp) Azipod azimuth thrusters and five bow thrusters.

On today's adventure, we're bringing you on a full tour of Royal Caribbean Star of the Seas. We'll bring you along with us, showing the process of imbarcation day, showing how long each step took and giving a number of tips along the way. Then we'll jump ahead after being on the ship for a week, and we'll take you on a
complete walkthrough deck by deck, showing all of the different things you can do and places to eat. From ice skating to flow riding and everything in between, we invite you to explore Royal Caribbean Star of the Seas with us. Without further ado, let the adventure begin.
We are pulling into cruise terminal one to park. We're actually going in with some other families that we know that we'll be cruising with. So, we're coming over here to the drop off. >> The drop off. They're going to the drop off. >> Going to drop off the kids. They can all hang together while I go park. So, we're
dropping off the kids and putting our luggage up here to be dropped off in our room. And me and the other dads are going to go park our vans. So, there is a parking garage, but since I have a pretty big van, I'm just going to use their outdoor parking. [music] Parking for the week is $171.
So, we prepaid for parking. I'm going to go find a spot and work our way over to the ship. So, now that I've parked, we're going to head into the cruise terminal. They're reminding you to get your set sail pass, get everything open and ready to be checked. We have arrived. >> This is very exciting. It's probably the
most stressful part so far as far as just parking. So, definitely make sure you have all your bags ready to go. you're not trying to shift around one thing from one to another cuz they will kind of hurry you in that uh loading unloading area. So now we just need to go through security and I'll see you
guys on the other side. So we made it through security with no issues. We just had to empty out our water bottles that we had with us that were filled with some water and otherwise we're good to go. So our next step is to actually check in which we're going to do over here on the right. The check-in process
was really easy. We just went up, had our passports out. They scanned our passports along with the Royal Caribbean app with our boarding pass, and we were able to get through that process really quickly. Once we finished up, he said, "Okay, you're good to get on the boat." So, we were just waiting up for some of
the other families that we're cruising with who are ready to go >> and excited to get on the ship. So, we're going to bring you on the walkway here. We are actually boarding a little bit earlier than our official boarding time. We decided to just come in early, see if we could get on, and there were
no issues. I'm not saying that's an official statement of Royal Caribbean that you can always board earlier than your time, but we didn't have any issues to come on a little bit early. So, we made it through the next checkpoint. They just scanned our boarding passes. They did some fresh photos for the kids
as there was not a clear background behind them when we originally took them. And we've made it over to our first photo stop. So, now that we've taken our photo, we are officially boarding the Star of the Seas. I know our kids are really excited. We've got so many fun activities we're
going to be able to enjoy over the next week. Smells like seafood buffet. >> Smells good. >> And we are officially on board the Star of the Seas. >> Not on yet. >> All right, sanitation has begun. Thank you.
>> Hello. You can see all of the balloons up above that they'll be dropping at the welcome party later tonight. I'm kind of following our group. Our first stop was over here at the box office. We were able to modify some of our pre-existing reservations for some of the shows. Now that we've stopped by
the box office, we're going to head over here to Dueling Pianos so we can pick up some WOW bands for the week. But myself and each one of the kids are going to pick out a different WOW band. They have a number of different colors, but this will make it so much easier to get in and out of our room or do anything we
need for the week. In addition to the standard WOW bands, this is also where you can pick up the Adventure Ocean bands that enable you to track your kids on the ship that are 12 and under. And they have a drink package pickup, but we're not doing any drink packages. I'll see if I can kind of highlight the
different free drinks or drinks that are included. So, we still have a couple more things to do. My next stop was over at guest services, not too far from the main entrance by the pearl. Just wanted to check if they did have any upgrades. We tried to do a Royal Up bid for a family infinite suite, but it came back
24 hours before sailing that the bid was not accepted. So, just wanted to see if there were the ability to still upgrade. And they said that this cruise is completely sold out. So, they would let me know if somebody doesn't show up and that becomes available to me. As I'm working my way up to the Flow Rider so
the kids can get tested for the week so they can stand up. I did notice the D1 muster station. I just stopped by. He scanned our boarding passes because we did the videos beforehand this morning and it literally took 20 seconds at the most to scan and we're good to go. So, let's head up to the top to see if we
can get checked off for Flow Rider for the week. We made it up to the 16th floor. The Aquad Dome Market is open and the lines are not bad at all. So, we could walk right up and get a crepe right now or some of the other different things, which one thing the video is not conveying is how good it smells. They
got some Thai food, some barbecue, the feta Mediterranean, no lines right now. It is currently 11:00. We're going to try to head over to the Wind Jammer for the seafood buffet for lunch. which I know will probably be much busier than the Aquad Dome. But I am so excited to catch some of the different shows
throughout the week. So, we've got a time reserved to come over here. I need to go up to the next level so we can head over to the Flow Rider. So, we made it up towards the top. We got some people already enjoying some of the pools and we got the band getting ready over here. So, if you do get here early or the day
that you're taking off, I would either already wear a bathing suit or make sure you have one packed in a backpack so you could head straight over to the Aqua Dome Market, grab some lunch, and start enjoying the pools because there are not too many people out at them right now. All right, we got to keep working our
way back to the Flow Rider. One of the main reasons we headed straight to the Flow Rider is to watch the safety video and sign off the waiver so we could get one of these white wristbands. And that would enable us to test to see if we could do stand up riding. It's a simple process. I'll go into a little more
detail later. But now that it's about 11:30, the kids have gotten pretty hungry. We're heading over to the Aquad Dome. I'm going to enjoy some lunch with them. Just sit down, relax, and I'm going to enjoy just a week with them. I'm going to try to hop back and give you a full tour of the ship. Just wanted
to highlight some of the things we did immediately when we got on board, which was also get reservations for ice skating and uh laser tag cuz those are more limited things. So, we took care of that right away. So, again, I'll see you in a few days. We're going to go uh just have a fantastic time as a family. All
right, we'll see you back at the Pearl. So, we've jumped ahead to day seven. The kids and I have had a fantastic time here on Star of the Seas. I feel a lot
more comfortable to be able to walk you around the ship and give you some more insight on certain theaters and different things that you can do on board, different places to get food and much more. First, while it's still early on the ship, I'm going to move around from floor to floor and just give you a
good rundown of what the ship is like. So, hopefully after you watch this, you'll have a better idea of what Star of the Seas is like. So, our stateateroom has been on deck 9. I have a full tour video of what our infinite balcony [music] is like. We've had a great stay in our room, but if I were to
book again, I might want to go see if floor 8 is available. So that way we could actually come out and just walk right onto Central Park. Or I could walk this direction and get over to Surf Side, which is what we'll do. And I'm going to bring us down to deck 4. As you can see, they have a pretty good map on
each level to help you determine where you're at and where you're trying to go to. The elevators are a little different than the last Royal Caribbean cruise. So if I say I want to go to floor 4, I just punch in four. It's going to tell me a letter. and it's going to light up. So, you have
a number of different letters. So, I am getting on E. And when you get into the elevator, there are no buttons. So, you've got an open the door and close the door, but there are no floors that you hit once you're in the elevator. You're just >> in the elevator. And there's no indication on what level you're on.
>> But it does tell you a little bit about each level. All right. So, we're going to start out in deck four, and you have the dining room. Last night, we had their French onion soup, which was fantastic, along with a lobster tail that's included. And then we had a number of different desserts that we
tried out. >> Happy birthday, dear M. >> Happy birthday to you. >> But I asked my son last night, "What's been your favorite place to eat with the best food?" and he said the dining room that is just the most elevated food that we can get between the wind jammer and other places that you can eat. So, we
haven't been here every night of our cruise, but I would definitely take time to make it over to the dining room and have a fantastic meal. So, we're going to walk down. I can hear the casino. We're just going to walk through it. So, we've got some restrooms over here for the dining as well as the Casino
Royale entrance here. So, the casino has lots and lots of different digital slot machines. And this is a smoking area. So, right now it's not bad. There's not too many people, but if there's a lot of people in here, it can get pretty strong as you walk through. But they got roulette.
Looks like ultimate Texas holdem $10 minimum. They got this little area that you can sit along with the bar. And then you have the cashier over here. More slot machines and more tables over here along with a number of different TVs. I have all sorts of sports games going on. We've just about made it to the
music hall, which I have seen some games of bingo occur in here, where people are sitting up on this fourth floor level. $1,5475 and $41.
Always good, ladies and gentlemen. >> Different performers will play here at the music hall. They have this bar up on this level, so you can grab a beverage and come over here to the music hall. All sorts of different activities throughout the week that you can catch here in the music hall.
Let's continue over to the Royal Theater here on the fourth deck. So, you can access the Royal Theater here on the fourth floor to get you down below. You can also access it up above. I'll show you in a moment. But this is where we saw Back to the Future, the musical. There's a showing today at 3 p.m. I
would definitely recommend [music] getting a reservation for this show. I wasn't able to get any photos or videos of the show, but it is a great show. I really enjoyed it, and I'm not one who's a big fan of musicals, and I'd highly recommend that you get here early to [music] see the show. Try to get a seat
a little more towards the middle if you can. We sat all the way on the side, which we could still see the show, but there are certain scenes where I couldn't [music] see the backdrop of what Marty or Doc were doing. Get here early. Come catch the Back to the Future musical along with a number of other
different events and activities. [music] [cheering] One day there was a Price is Right game show happening in here. We've made it over to the fifth floor entrance which will get you to the balcony section. So, let's head over here and check out
the fitness center on deck 5 and go around the track one time. So, we're going to take a left to get to the fitness center. And you can see we've got a running track that goes along all the lifeboats here. So, the fitness track circles all the way around here on deck five.
And in the very front of the ship is where you would find the fitness center. Let me just hop in real quick. So, you're going to have lots of different equipment you can come in here and utilize all hours of the day. We've got a number of treadmills and exercise bikes. Over on this side, you got some
people doing some yoga. If we come back over to this side, past some of the free weights and machines, we've got some more exercise bikes over here, some more treadmills. We do have some lockers, some different stepping machines. [music] Just want to point out they do have some restrooms back here in the
corner. And they do have one shower and changing room, which is open. This is an option if you need to take a shower while you're down here at the gym. One thing that I did earlier in the week was go to one of the spa giveaways. It was meeting at the fitness center. All you had to do was put your name, your room
number, and they would pull the card. If you were present, you could win spa credit. I did not win. However, they did offer everyone that was in attendance a special to take advantage of the spa, which I did. I'll be showing you the spa a little bit later. Let me head back out to the jogging track. And as we come out
of the fitness center, you'll notice they have a slow lane and a fast lane or really slow lane if you just want to kind of hang over to the left side. As we go around the corner, just wanted to point out they do have a relief spot for dogs. So there is a ship dog. It's sailor the golden retriever.
And if you happen to be out when she is, she'll sometimes walk around the Royal Prominade. She is one of the sweetest crew members on this ship. So if you do see her out and about, you're welcome to go up and ask to take a photo with her. You're able to pet her and it is a really sweet golden retriever. Let's
keep walking down the track from sailor's relief spot over here in the front of the ship as fast as I can up to the next stop. And we made it just outside the Royal Prominade,
which you can see over here to the left. We'll [music] be walking through in just a little bit. But this is one of two little outside seating areas on the deck. So, if you want to [music] just grab some coffee at any point in the day or a drink and just sit here, relax, play Uno with the
kids, that's an option for you. All right, I got to pick back up the pace. [music] As we make it to the back of the ship, you get a really nice view. So, if you
want to go at a little slower pace, can hang over on the slow side and just soak in the views of the back of the ship, which will only get better as we go higher on the ship. So, let's pick up the pace and see if we can get to the other side.
And we've made it to the opposite side as this one's a little bit bigger. We've got some interesting artwork not only here but around the ship. Got a little different type of chairs over on this side of the Royal Prominade. But again, just a great spot. Come sit, relax. If you're on deck 5, you can pop [music]
outside, get some fresh air, and sit at one of these tables. And let's make it back over to where we started on the other side. And as we made it back to where we came out to get over to the fitness center in the front of the ship, just want to point out they have maps all the way around to give you
a breakdown on the distance. So the main thing I want to point out is 1 mile is 2.4 laps. Let's head back inside where we came over from the Royal Theater to our right. And now we're going to take a left here on deck five and walk through the Royal Prominade to
the other side. And the first thing to the right are some different stores. You can do shopping at certain hours when they are open. And then over here we have Spotlight Karaoke. So they have all sorts of different types of karaoke, adult or teen karaoke. Along with karaoke, I also noticed they
would use this room for different types of trivia. So you can come sit in here, do some karaoke if you want to sing. And then we have Sarrentos over here to the right. This is a popular spot into the evening if you want to just grab some pizza. That's included with your cruise fair. We have
the collection, which is another store. Lots of bags. And then this is your everchanging shop to the right of different items. I think I'm going to come back and pick up some t-shirts with the kids a little bit later. They've got some [music] two for 30 T's. And they've got a number of Royal Caribbean
t-shirts. but they will often change out what merchandise is available as you walk by from watches to different clothing items throughout your cruise. And then you have Starbucks over here. So items you order at Starbucks are not included with your cruise. So here's a look at the pricing on their Starbucks
refreshers, your featured flavors, and your coffee house classic. I did want to point out that you can use your Royal Caribbean band and they will scan that and it will charge to the room whatever you get here at this Starbucks, which is what I told my kids to do. If they wanted to come get a refresher, don't
hesitate. Just come by and get one. It's a little more expensive, but if you are a fan of Starbucks, this is an option for you. And this is where we first entered the ship on day one. I always remember walking by the big giant ice cream and passing by the 1400 bar. So, this is one of many bars around the ship
that you can walk up if you have a drink package. You might be eligible for certain things or you can just pay for a drink if you want to here at the 1400 bar. Then you have the pearl over here. You can see it always is kind of changing on the inside throughout the day. And this is your staircase that's
often used for photos. And I love the turtles off in the distance. So, this is another way you can get up to the Pearl Cafe, which we'll be walking by once we get up to the sixth floor. And they have a little port shopping desk over here to the left. And to the right they have often a photo
sign up. They're not out right now. We'll get to guest services. I wanted to walk around the back side of the Pearl. As you can see the outside deck that we walked by earlier. And just want to point out there's some more seating over here. And this is where all your photo services for the cruise are. So, if you
do want to take professional photos with one of their photographers and you want to buy a package, this is where you would come by to see your photos. You can also see them on the app. I also wanted to show you the Royal Caribbean store over here, which has a screen over here giving you the hours throughout the
cruise. So you can come pick out some Royal Caribbean merchandise or even a sailor which is again the ship dog. They also sell some Miami football club jerseys as their sponsor is Royal Caribbean and a number of other not only Royal Caribbean but Perfect Day type merchandise. if you go to their private
island and you weren't able to grab something. Before we go any further down level 5, I also want to point out this is where an ATM is available. They will charge you $6.50 if you want to get some cash out of this ATM. So, if you are planning your trip and you don't want to get hit with a
$6.50 charge, just want to make sure you bring a little extra cash. So, it's a nice quiet morning here on the Royal Prominade, but there are often all sorts of events going on throughout the week, different parties and activities that you might stumble upon as you go for a walk. We've made it over
to guest services. So, if at any point you have any questions or challenges during your cruise, you just come hop in line and they will help you out with any issues at guest services down here on the fifth floor. We've got some seating around the stairs. And you have Thorn and Thistle, which is
an add-on that you can come in here and pay for drinks or any like bar food that they might have. And there's often live music that occurs right over here to the right in the evenings. And so it just kind of gives you a pub atmosphere which has some darts over in this corner. So if you want to just come down
here, play some darts, listen to some live music, that's an option for you while you're here. And as we come out of Thorn and Thistle, you have Next Cruise over here, which as the name implies, will help you sign up for your next cruise, try to give you some of the best rates they can. Across from Next Cruise,
you have Port Merchants, which is another store. Looks like they have all sorts of different alcohol and things that you can buy as they have a number of display cases along here. So, there's not a shortage of shopping options while you're here on Star of the Seas. But, we made it over to the fifth floor dining
room entrance. So, just have to pay attention to your reservation. Does it say to go to the third floor, fourth, or fifth floor for your dining room reservation? Let's go up the stairs one level as you have all sorts of different types of artwork as you go from level to level. Let's go down this way first.
As I mentioned, there are lots of shopping options around the ship. You have some different art over here at Park West. If you're looking to purchase some art, we've got some different glasses, Ray-B band, Oakley in this shopping area. And we've made it to Playmaker Sports Bar and
Arcade, which has tons of TVs. I just walked through last night, and there are lots of people in here watching an NBA playoff game. They do have some games, but they have a little swipe here. You do have to pay extra for on some of these. games. But there are some things that you could just walk up and play like the
foosball table here or these old classics like Donkey Kong and Miss Pac-Man. You could just walk up and play these games. So, some charge and some don't, but they have lots of booths and this big bar. So, if you want to catch a sports game while you're here at Playmakers, that's an option. And
they have the owners box over here. So if you want a little VIP experience with your group. And just beyond playmakers, you have Absolute Zero, which is where we first came and played laser tag on day one. There's laser tag again today, as well as Soul, which we haven't seen yet. That's tonight, so I
can't say much about it. But here's some clips that I was able to get tonight. WA 109.9 >> Miami's number one music,
>> but we are excited to see Soul and I'll be doing a breakdown of the 10 best things to do on Royal Caribbean Star of the Seas. So, we'll see where that ranks once I get that video up. I'll put it down in the pin comment. But you would just head down these stairs if you're looking to get to Seoul. The other thing
that we did was ice skating just yesterday. So, it's a small session. It's not a big ice rink. They do make you wear long pants and my teens were very sad that they had to wear a helmet and it's going to mess up their hair. We had a great time during the ice skating session. It's limited. So, if that's
[music] something you or your kids want to do, make sure you get a reservation to come [music] down here and do some ice skating. And the other thing they have on select days is their laser tag. Again, we did this on day one and the [music] kids had a lot of fun. I had a lot of fun going around with them. It's
a blowup area and they actually use pretty good quality laser guns that work really well and they're not cheesy. We've used the same technology at a different location, but we had a fantastic time playing laser tag. So, if you have teens and you're coming on [music] this cruise, definitely get a
reservation for their laser tag down here at Absolute Zero. And in addition to laser tag, I also noticed they were doing a dance party one day where they put boards over the ice and just had everybody out dancing. So, lots of activities that you can come and enjoy down here at Absolute Zero. And right
next to that is where my teen kids enjoyed going throughout the week. It's their teen exclusive area for ages 13 to 17. You can go in here. They have some different games and it's just an area for teenagers to come hang out and the ship. But there's a quick look at the teen area. Let's go check out the kids
area. As we leave Absolute Zero and walk through Playmakers, Sports Bar and Arcade, we come to the Adventure Ocean area that you can bring younger kids than teens. And they have all sorts of activities planned in this area throughout the day. So, if you have some younger kids or
grandkids that want to come over to the Adventure Ocean Club, this is available. You can come check out the activities for the day. They've got some different screens that the kids [music] can play some games on. They've got AO baby's room, which is 6 to 36 months that they [music] can come in here. Across from
that you have AO juniors which is 3 to 5 year olds. And this [music] is the hangout for kids 6 to 12 are able to come in [music] here. I can see some different TVs. So they can play some different games back here [music] and have some different activities. So let's walk back down this hallway and
see if we can get over to Surf Side. As we come around the corner, we have a surfside entrance and a big giant watermelon and flamingo. So, we can access it from the fifth floor here or we're jumping up to the
sixth floor. We have the arcade over here to the right. This is something you pay extra for. Let me see if I can go in and show you some of the games. So, once you're inside, you'll notice there are places to scan. And I just want to point out that it says that you can tap your CPASS card. So, just a heads up. Mom and
dad, grandma, grandpa, if you do get the kids one of these bands, they could come in here and just tap away. and you look at your account and go, "Where did I get all these charges from?" So, that's something that you can make sure that you might be able to limit them with the younger kids band or just a heads up.
But, lots and lots of different games here in the arcade. Could win some ducks. We've been noticing ducks all around the ship and some different racing games back here. I think I saw a giant Mario at that first one. It looks like a giant Sonic back here in this corner. So, there's a
look at the arcade. Let's go back outside and keep walking around. So, as we've stepped outside the arcade, it looks like Surfside Eyer has some breakfast. I'll work my way over there in just a moment. I just want to point out they have Sugar Beach over here, which is only open certain times of the
day, but they have lots of different candy that you can purchase and pay extra for. And outside of Sugar Beach, you have the carousel, which is open from 10:00 a.m. till 1000 p.m. today as we're out at sea. But there are a number of different things that you can hop on and go for a ride on the carousel over
here at Surfside. And we've come to one of the kids climbing areas at Surfside. So if you got some kids that want to get outside, run around and burn off some energy, this is a little playground that they can do. stove. We've got some seating outside of Pier 7, which is a restaurant
that you can come and pay a little extra for to dine at. And we've made it over to the splash pad in the back of the ship. This gets pretty busy when we are out at sea. Lots of kids running around and playing in this area. They do have some life jackets back here and lots of seating
that you can just come sit and enjoy the view from the back of the ship. As I mentioned down at the track, the higher you go on the ship, the better it gets. But this is a great spot to sit as the kids or grandkids play in this splash pad or this pool area in the very back that gives them a view of looking off at
the back from the water. So nice little area for kids back here at Surfside. Right next to that, they have the Lemon Post Bar. So if you want to get a beverage, you can. They do have drink stations very close by. So if the kids are needing to get a drink, it's very, very close to head over get a drink or
one of the snacks here at Surfside Bites. We've got some typical things that kids are going to like that they can just come up and grab. some chicken tenders, fries, things like that. And a very popular place with all the kids is Sprinkles ice cream machine. So, you can come get unlimited ice cream
that's included. So, we have the Bites, which is a few items, and then you have Surfside Eyer, which is included. And they have much much more to choose from as they are serving breakfast right now. But as we're passing by Surfside Eery, you can see the flamingo that's painted up
above. And we're going to keep walking past this flamingo right here and continue on through deck 7. Wanted to point out over here on the right, they will do inflatable games. They'll do archery. Well, they'll set up an inflatable archery target. You can come over and shoot archery different times of the
week. And in addition to that, just in general, there are certain activities and shows that will occur here at Surfside that are kid-friendly. This trick is called a shower. This is a shower in a circle. and up. Yes. Not too hard, not too soft.
Yes. >> We're going to head back down to six so I can walk through the upper level of the Royal Prominade with you. >> If you're finding this video tour helpful or enjoyable, do us a big favor. Simply like the video. It's a great free way to support our channel and let us know in the comments before you leave.
Have you been on or are you planning to go on Star of the Seas? >> So from Surf Side, we're going to continue to walk along the Royal Prominade. As we go past [music] these dice, we'll circle back around to them and go up to the next level. But we're coming up to Boleros, which is a place
that offers a relaxed, stylish setting to grab a cocktail. As the sun goes down, it transforms into one of the liveliest spots on the ship. [music] It's Latin themed club, so if you're looking to enjoy some music in the evening, you can [music] come over to Boleros. We're going to go around the
Pearl on this level as they have their internet service can [music] help you get set up over here if you're having a hard time connecting to their Wi-Fi, which I haven't had any issues once I got connected. I've been good the entire time and it's plenty fast enough to do everything I need to do. So, you can
walk down through the Pearl from this level. You can come over to the Pearl Cafe. All of the items here are complimentary except for the coffee that you can get over here to the left. A little bit different from the Starbucks menu, but if you want to buy coffee there, you can. But all sorts of graband
go items. Often a little bit more healthier. They got some fruit and little drink stations over here if you just want to grab a water or a [music] juice. And they have a Coke Freestree style machine. And I want to point out these stairs that will get you up to Central Park. I'll show you where
[music] you can enter from Central Park. That will bring you right down here to the Pearl Cafe. But as we continue to walk along, we've got lots of seating up here on this level adjacent to the comedy club, which I love all the animated windows over here outside the comedy club. But
once you go inside the theater, they not only do comedy shows in here, but a variety of different activities throughout the week that you can see. So, if there's a show or an event that you want to go to, that's at the Comedy Club. Also on the sixth floor, they have their escape rooms that you can pay
extra for. And right across from that is the Crown Lounge. This exclusive space is reserved for Crown and Anchor Society members who are diamond, which would be 80 nights or 80 cruise points and up. You get complimentary drinks and snacks in this exclusive area of the ship. So, those over here on deck six as well.
Again, if you want to do the escape room, they have more than one type that you can do. The dueling pianos over here is where we went on day one to get our Royal Caribbean bands and we really enjoyed coming in here for dueling pianos on a number of nights. The performers were excellent. They just
had a great sense of humor, their ability to not only play, but also [music] sing and react to the audience as they were throwing out things that they could just incorporate into their music. >> This is an all request show. We have no idea what's going to happen every night. We switch it up based off what you guys
want to hear. Thank you so much for letting us know what you want to hear. [music] I've got some really good ones up here and some other ones. Yay. We're going to play as many of these as we can. If for some reason your table doesn't have those pieces of paper and pencils, we've [music] got some sheets,
extra sheets up on [singing] our pianos. All right, let's get started. This one goes out to Mike. You shake my nerves and you rattle my brain. Too much love drives Mike insane. You broke my wheel. Oh, what a thrill. Goodness gracious. >> I really liked the dueling pianos. I think the kids did, too. They have some
adult dueling piano shows and then they had some kids ones that we went to with our kids and there was a lot of laughs, a lot of fun here at the dueling pianos. So, highly recommend at some point on your cruise, come watch the dueling piano show. It's a lot of fun. Next to dueling pianos, they have this balcony
area where they'll have different musicians playing with different instruments throughout the week to have some live music as you walk through the Royal Prominade. This is also where we did the balloon drop on our first night. But I'll give you a heads up if you have kids that are sensitive to noise. One
thing that I didn't expect is everyone started popping the balloons. So, it started to get really loud with all of the balloons just popping all over the place. So, if you have somebody who's a little sensitive to that, just a heads up, you might want to have something that they can cover their ears with or
maybe just skip the balloon drop altogether. Next, we come to Giovani's Italian Kitchen and wine bar. So, this is something you would pay extra for. It is a little bit cheaper during lunch versus dinner. It's a bit more than lunchtime. But if you're looking for a fine dining Italian food experience,
this is a place that you can come sit and watch the ocean. So, from Giovani, we made it over to Schooner's Bar, which is another bar across from Boleros. So, they typically have a piano player right here that you can come enjoy some live piano music, and they will take requests. So, if you're looking for a
more laidback experience, I would probably come over here to the schooner bar versus Boleros will be a little bit more highpaced party atmosphere between the two that are up on this side. Let's head over to the stairs and head up to deck 7. So, up at deck 7, this gives me a view of the
Royal Prominard in this plane that is up here. And I could take a left and that would get us over to Surfside, which we've already checked out. But deck 7 is basically stateaterooms. As I've made it up to deck 8, you can access Surf Side from here, which we've already walked through. Or you could walk this
direction above the Royal Prominade through Central Park. So if I was trying to pick a floor, eight is not a bad floor. If you're looking at which room to pick, check out deck 8 because you can easily access both without even needing to get on stairs. I love Central Park. We've been on a lure of the seas,
an oasis of the seas with Royal Caribbean. And Central Park is just a nice little relaxing place any time of day to go for a walk. And they've got some shopping which would include a number of fine watches and jewelry items that you can get in here. You can look down at the prominade through some of
the windows that are up here. I just want to point out there is a bar over here to the left which plays some really nice music in the evening. So if you want to sit outside, they often open up the windows, the doors, or you can go inside and enjoy some of the live music here in Central Park. They also have
bubbles here at Central Park. So, if you want to get a glass of wine to sit out here or just walk around that's available. And we're coming up to the Central Park Cafe. The Park Cafe serves breakfast and lunch. So, you can come in here. All of this is complimentary. It's included.
So, they'll do a bagel bar in the morning. They'll do a salad bar where you can custom make your own salad and grab a drink down here, coffee throughout the day or breakfast or lunch, some fruit, and I actually go into more details of what all they serve on our food tour video, which I'll put
down in the pin comment. So, if you want to see what is served here for breakfast or lunch, but as we're walking through Central Park, you can hear the bird sound effects that they play, but it's very natural sounding. And this is your Royal Prominade staircase entrance. If you're looking to get down there, that's
the one I was mentioning before. You can see all of the plants painted up above this giant trellis and the trellis bar. is another place that you can get a beverage to just sit out here and enjoy. We've got sushi and ice cream. They have a little specialty dessert that you can walk up and order and pay extra for. And
we're coming up to Iumi in the park over here to the left. So, if you're wanting to sit down and have a little habachi experience, that's something that you can do and just pay a bit more for. And across from that is another fine dining experience, Chops Grill. You can pay extra for and they have a little more
elevated menu. So there's a quick walk through Central Park. And if we walk over here, we get to the Lincoln Park Supper Club. So they have some great live musicians. This is a very elevated fine dining experience. So we have some good friends that came and had a dinner here. They said that the music was
excellent and the food was excellent. So, if you're looking to pay extra and have a very nice dinner while you're here, that is another option for you. [music] >> But there's a look at deck 8. 9, 10, 11 up to 12 are all state rooms. So, we're
going to hop up and see if we can get over to the spa. We've come to the Vitality at Sea Spa, which as you first walk in, they have the Vitality Cafe. You can pay extra to get a smoothie, one of their fresh juices, and you can come sign up for a spa. They will offer different discounts throughout the week
and they have a number of different services including a barber if you need a haircut and again traditional massages and different services. IV therapy. They can analyze your foot. They can analyze all sorts of things. As I mentioned down at the fitness center, they do giveaways throughout the week. You'll see on the
calendar so you can come up and try to win one. Again, I didn't, but I just took advantage of one of their specials. Here's a look at the waiting room. And then they have a little area you can get a drink while you're waiting. And while I was waiting, I was filling out this tablet saying, "Where are you hurting?"
And I was hurting everywhere that I played soccer the day before with a bunch of guys much younger than I. So had a nice little massage and highly recommend enjoying the spa if you can. Right above the spa on deck 15, you have the Aquadome Market. We've utilized this a lot throughout the week. They have a
place where you can get crepes, my Thai pigout barbecue, feta Mediterranean, and La Kosanita. So, lots of different options. In our food video, we actually show you the different options at the Aquadome market in more detail. Again, that video is down in the pin comment. And we are heading over to the Aquad
Dome. This is probably one of my favorite places to just hang out. It's one of the coolest areas as far as temperature in the ship, I've noticed. So, as you walk back here, you have some really fancy jewelry that you can buy here at Royal Bling. So, lots of Royal Caribbean
themed jewelry, some high-end items. But absolutely love coming out here just sitting. This is open throughout the day. So even if there are no shows or activities going on, you can just come find a chair in the theater. They have all different types of chairs. But we did come here to [music] see Torque,
which is a show with lots of high diving. They do synchronized swimming and dancing. There's a number of elements. They even have motorcycles they incorporate in the show [music] that get into this ball cage. and it is a very high intense show, but I would highly recommend that you get a
reservation for their show here at the Aquad Dome. And I wanted to point out that some seats have backs like this and some don't. I found the seat with the back to be a little bit more comfortable. So [music] again, all sorts of different types of seat. So get here early for your showtime so you can get
[music] the best seat possible. I did notice too, I like sitting as center as you can. And we did see it a little over to the right, which we could see everything fine, but I think the best seat is right here in the center [music] with a chair with the back. I also want to point out that the theater itself
remains open even when there's a show. All the seats are filled up, but you're able to walk up and it's kind of standing room only in the back. So, if you like the show a lot and you kind of want to just come stay in and see at least a little bit more of the show or certain parts of the show, you're able
to walk into the Aquad Dome here and check out [music] their show. You've got Hooked Seafood. Over here is another restaurant that you can pay extra for if you're looking to get a little bit more elevated seafood. So, again, I really like the Aquad Dome a lot to just come and hang and so too did my kids. One of
their favorite places as well as mine is just coming over to the overlook which is the very front of the ship. So you can look out ahead and just see ocean as they have this lower level. Let me see if I can get you up to one of these little spots right here. These are so neat. Actually had breakfast [music]
with one of my daughters one of the mornings that we were here. But once you make it up to one of the tops, they got some pillows and some nice cushion seats, these little tables if you want to [music] just do some work or again have some breakfast or a drink. And it is a really nice little quiet place in
the ship to just [music] come hang out. Really like it. As we come down from these upper level little pods that they have, we can walk down these steps to get to a lot more chairs and places to just sit and relax. They do have a bar over here in the overlook on this side. So, if you want to get something while
you're sitting down here in one of these chairs relaxing, you can walk over and do so. But there are a variety of different types of chairs and seating options in the front of the ship. [music]
They've got some TVs over here that look like a fish aquarium. So, really nice little place to hang out on the ship. As we made it up the stairs, we've come to Rye and Bean, which is the place you can get some [music] coffee. They've got some different items that you can pay for some different espressos, cafe latte,
and items that you can purchase if you come over here. So, let's walk out from the Aquad Dome. Again, you got the Aquadome market that you can access over here. We're now entering Chill Island and we'll work our way over to Thrill Island eventually. We start over here on the right. I just
wanted to show you they have some table tennis over here, which they have three tables that you can come over here. They're just open any time of the day. They've got some paddles and ping pong balls that you can just come over here and play. My son has really enjoyed playing table tennis together. Got lots
of chairs all over deck 15 that we're going for a walk on. I'll walk on this right side and then we'll come back on the other side before we go up to deck 16. Got a little place to shower off before and after getting in one of their mini whirlpools. Little hot tub here.
Great view looking out at the ocean today. Or it could be looking out at one of the ports you're in. And across from that is one of the many lime and coconut locations, the bar. here on multiple decks. They can order a fun fruity beverage. At the bottom of the slide, we'll see the top in a little bit.
We got a pool over here to the right. So, when the pool is open, they'll have a lifeguard up here. And again, whether it's a day out at sea or you're at one of the ports, this is a nice little pool. doesn't get too deep. It's just a little shallow pool with some glass that gives you a really good view off the
side. Gives you a better look at that slide that goes between deck 16 and 15. And I didn't want to forget to show you one of the most popular places for kids over the last week. This little central sprinkles location that enables you to go out and get a chocolate, vanilla, or a swirl ice cream anytime you want. They
eventually close down. I think it's around 10 o'clock is when they close down. But they have this you make me M melt area if you want to just grab it and sit in this area. And you're able to look down at Central Park that we walked through earlier. Again, we're going to eventually make our way over to Thrill
Island where all the more adventurous slides and things to do are in the back of the ship. We've got another hot tub over here to the right. similar to the one we just saw, which is right next to Elco Fresh, >> which serves up some Mexican food for lunch every day up to a certain point.
They eventually close down, and if we come out of the Chill Island doors, we eventually make it to the Wind Jammer. So, we probably ate at the Wind Jammer more than anywhere else. It's just the largest buffet and it's just quick to get in and quick to get out. So, lots of options. It changes. There's different
types of menu throughout the week. But there's one thing we have to do before we enter the Wind Jammer, which would BE >> EXACTLY. All right. >> Awesome. >> All right. These these guys have been awesome. Lots of energy as you enter into Wind Jammer. Let's go back out onto Chill Island and walk down the other side of
the ship, which has the larger pool on this side. Got a towel location and some stairs that we can take to get up to deck 16, but we'll do that on the other side. So hopefully this gives you an idea of the seats that are available over here by the pool which has another hot tub right over here and lots of
chairs. They do say you can't come and just reserve chairs and throw a bunch of stuff out. They do discourage that. But this is the main pool that our kids have been using over the last week. So, it's deeper than the other little one we saw. On the other side, they have often live music playing up above,
[snorts] which we'll get to. So, here's the again larger pool and another hot tub over here. You can see one of the lime and coconuts up on the next level. We'll be passing by in just a moment. And you have this one down here. So if you're looking to get a fun fruity tropical drink, you can do
so. Here we did get a pina colada without alcohol that the kids enjoyed. And got another hot tub over here. This one has probably the most sun coverage. There's a look at deck 15. I'm going to go up one more level and walk you through deck 16. As we're taking the stairs, I just want to point out you
might catch the piano player who will hop into [snorts] the elevator at times and very talented musicians all around the ship. He's kind of fun. He'll take requests and just make your time in the elevator and here at Royal Caribbean a little more fun. You have the sweet neighborhood
entrance. So, if you are staying in a suite, you can go up there and you have the coastal kitchen suite lounge up here on deck 16. So, if you are staying in a suite, you get access to things like this that you can go in and enjoy up here on the 16th level. So, let's go out through these doors. As we made it over
to Swim in Tonic, which has a hot tub that you can go and enjoy up here and a pool that has a little shallow area, but does have a swim up bar that you can go up and order something at swim and tonic. And you have a number of cabanas that you can rent. And this area looks down to the other hot tub that we passed
before. We've got various towel stations around the ship. And I would say definitely make sure you turn back in your towels. They will charge you $25 if you borrow a towel and don't turn it in. So if over time you didn't turn in a number of towels that could start to add up. You've got the other lime and
coconut over here. And this is where you would get checked in for a cabana if you do want to pay extra and rent one for the day. You can see the top of the slide over here as we saw the bottom earlier, but lots and lots of chairs up here on deck 16 that you can sit over here and relax and
enjoy some live music. I noticed they would play lots of Bob Marley and just some classic songs that you can come out here and listen to from deck 16 or again you can hear them from deck 15 as well. If you're over in the pool, it does project the sound pretty well. As we work our way to the back of the ship,
we're coming to Thrill Island, which you can see the Crown's Edge. I've seen videos on this, but once I came and saw it in person, I was like, "Okay, it's not as big as I thought it was going to be." But if you want to pay extra, you can sign up for the Crown's Edge. But if you're brave enough to get harnessed up,
you can walk all the way out here and eventually it will drop and you will zipline all the way back to the start. So, it's not a very long experience, but a very thrilling one, as it will put you over the edge of the ship. We have Adrenaline Peak, which is where you can get a harness, and you'll be able to
climb one of the many different types of climbing walls over here. And we have some tables over here, which have some little soccer balls. So, you can sit on the table and kick the soccer ball into each other's goal. And we have base camp over here, which is another place that you can get food
that is included with your cruise. They've got some pretzels, some tater tots, some hot dogs, chicken fingers, and they do have the smash burgers. So, it's the only burger I had on the ship, but I thought it was a pretty good little smash burger. and all of this seating under the sports court. And over
here to the right, you have the Lasunes mini golf. They just keep all of the clubs out. You don't have to go see anyone or do anything. So once you pick your club, you just come over here and just pull this lever and it will get you a ball. Once you're done playing, you just put your golf club back and you
just drop the ball in and that's it. You go on your way. But it's a fun little course. that you can come over and play. It's a lot better at night because some of the days out at sea or in port have been really, really hot. We got some very enthusiastic players going on. So, we got a submarine
over here and some ships. One thing I want to point out is the holes are a lot bigger than standard mini golf. So, it makes it a little bit more of a fun game when people aren't missing and missing and missing and getting frustrated. So, just come over, have some fun, play a little bit of golf here and there
anytime you want, day or night. And we are working our way back to an adult only section that I'm just going to go over real quick. The hideaway is tucked away in this back corner of the ship. And right when you walk in, you can see they've got two hot tubs. Give you a nice view off the back of the
ship. And then you can come down here. And this is just a seating area that again gives you a great view. They also have a bar over to the left and this infinity pool that you can come and just relax. It gets up to three feet deep. So, this is the adult only area in the back of the ship. Let's work our way up
to the flow rider. So, right now they have a private lesson going on at the Flow Rider, which is something you can sign up and pay extra for, but I have really enjoyed the Flow Rider. I haven't done it in a number of years. I love the fact that you can stand up surf, which some places back home only allow you to
boogie board. One of the reasons we came here right away on our first day is to not only sign the waiver to be able to boogie board, but also to do a standup test. You need to be able to on your own stand up and they'll give you a blue band. So thankfully I was able to pass that test, show to them that I could
confidently and safely stand. I've really enjoyed coming over here to the flow rider. It's a lot of fun. So if you've never done it, I would highly encourage you at least do the boogie board. But if you continue to practice, maybe you can do some amazing tricks. So, the Flow Rider is really, really
fun. So, before we head up to the water slides, there's two different towers that you can climb up and different types of water slides that you can do, I wanted to bring you over here to the middle section of Thrill Island. They do have some cornhole boards and there is deserted milkshake bar over here which
you can head into and pay extra to get some fancy milkshakes. And the milkshakes in here range from $14 to $18 each. So if you're wanting to get a fancy ice cream, you can come in here and do that. All right, I think we need to start working our way over to the slides
and stop by the sports court real quick above base camp, which we passed by when we were heading over to the mini golf. So, they're getting ready to serve up some Smashburgers. Lots of shade under here and a bar. I just want to point out at the bar here, they do have a place to grab some water. It's kind of centrally
located with all the thrill island activities. So, if it is a hot day, you can stop by this water station. And if we head up the stairs to the sports court, there are a number of different sports that occur here. I'm feeling the effects of a adult soccer tournament that I did yesterday. Legs are a little
sore, but they're doing some pickle ball right now. They have basketball and all sorts of activities up at the sports court here. So, let's see if we can make our way up to the top of this tower so I can show you the slides. You can see the orange one drops down out of the tower and shoots across. Then you've got two
blue ones. One of the blue ones are down right now. Let's go for a walk up to the top to check out Stormchasers. and a frightening bolt. You got some advanced flow riding going on right now. You can see orange to the right and blue to the left as you're waiting in line depending on which slide you'd like to
do. But check out the view from the top of this tower looking down at the sports court and the rest of Thrill Island. But you have the frightening bolt over here to the right. Once you step on the scale, you're able to get in. They confirm you're ready to go, close you up, which is a big no thank
you for me, and off you go. And then you've got two stormchaser slides that you can do over on this side. >> [music]
>> There is a look at this particular tower. I'm going to walk over to the next one and show you the other slides that you can do. So, you've got your stormchaser pickup and drop off for your mats over here. Let's go check out the other slide tower and different slides that you can do.
You got this nice little cushion area right here. I've seen kids, little toddlers just hanging around this area throughout the week. So nice soft place if you have some little ones that just come hang out down here while maybe the bigger kids do some slides. So here is our next section
of slides that you can do. Hurricane hunter storm surge which is unfortunately down right now and pressure drop. So let me bring you to the top and show you what these are like. And on the way up you can see the patio for cloud 17. This is the smoking area which we'll be walking through. But
as you go up the steps, they do give you indications of how long the wait is based on where you're at. So this would be 45 minutes. I haven't seen it longer than 30 minutes the entire week that we've been here. And so as you come around the bend here, you would circle these stairs to get to the yellow slide.
But here's a look at what the pressure drop slide is like. It's just a quick drop and it's over and done with. This one always seems to have a very short line. You have the hurricane hunter over here to the left, which is one that we did. You can sit together. I sat my daughter and I on this particular tube
slide all the way down. It's a fun little ride. And then you have storm surge over here to the right, which is down right now. But once they do get it up and running, it will launch you out into this area with a clear bottom over the side of the ship. So, a very thrilling ride, [music] probably more
thrilling than the purple one, which again is a fun little ride. It gets pretty dark through one section where you can't see anything at all. There is a look at Thrill Island here on deck 16, which we could walk over to some stairs to get up to the 17th floor. I'm going to go back through the main stairway and
elevator area to get up there. So, we're going to take a hard right and go up a few stairs. And I'm starting to smell the smoking section over here at cloud 17. So, as we step outside, this is the designated smoking area of the ship. And as we go around the
corner, they do have some TVs over here. You want to watch a sports game and hang up here. really good breeze on this part of the ship. So, even if it's really hot and humid, you got some shade and the breeze feels really nice up here at this level, which you can look down at the
main pool. And lots of deck chairs up along here. If you don't want shade, you just want to come out and get a tan, just hang out here. And I just want to point out probably one of my favorite hot tubs. Here is almost like a big giant martini glass that is up at the 17th floor here
as we were in it last night just relaxing. This is really easy to access. Gives you some great views from this hot tub. So you got the same lime and coconut up here with all the different tropical drinks that you can order and lots of chairs in the water over here. Or you can get in this pool that gets up
to four feet, one inch in depth and get a great view looking off at the ocean or the port. And up above is part of the suite neighborhood that we saw earlier. So if you're in a suite, you're able to go up to a little private area. You can see the swim and tonic adult only pool over to the right and central park down
below. as we're back towards the front of the ship. But hopefully this has been helpful to give you a better perspective of the different activities and things that you can do, places to eat here on Royal Caribbean's Star of the Seas. We showed you the process of getting on the ship. Now I wanted to show you what it's
like to get off the ship, which was a pretty simple process I'm going to walk you through. We got started at 7:45. We just carried our things up to the wind jammer. You can see everyone else has all their bags and pillows and things that they're carrying. Some people are pushing their suitcase. It's
up to you what you want to do, but this was the one place that was open for breakfast. So, we met up with our friends that we were cruising with one last time and enjoyed some breakfast at the Wind Jammer. After we enjoyed some breakfast, it was about 8:30. We got a notification on the Royal Caribbean app
that our turn was up. We can now exit the ship. So, we gathered our things and started to head towards the same location we got on the ship across from the Pearl. They had to scan and confirm who we were one last time upon exiting. And after a quick scan, it was 8:35. We are now getting off the ship. It was all
a very simple process. So, it's kind of sad to say goodbye to Star of the Seas. It's been a fantastic week on this ship. We're working our way down to the luggage pickup. Again, we are carrying our own luggage, so we don't need to pick anything up, but we're going to work our way down this ramp. So, we're
almost to the luggage pickup. You can see up above until your next adventure. Love seeing this sign. And we made it to the luggage pickup area at about 8:42. So, very simple process. Once we got through this area, they just wanted to check your passport real quick. It was a simple scan. And we were through and on
our way to the parking lot. Again, I had a van that I parked in the open lot. I didn't park inside the covered garage, but there is a look at our time on the Star of the Seas.
