Well, good morning. Here we are. It's about 20 5 to 6. >> 20 to 6. And look at it. It ain't changed since last night. Mind you, there weren't many people here last night. And uh a few places closed up. But um it really is amazing me how like uh it just goes on. Now, all this music
in behind me is concerning me. Whether we'll be able to filter this out or whether we're going to have to redo it, I don't know, but we'll see. We're Mark and V. Come with us. Let's adventure together. Well, I suppose I better tell you where we're going. We're going on a helicopter
ride to the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. We can't wait. We've come to the wrong place to get our pickup, but it's not far away. But it does give us an opportunity to walk that way. And look at that sunrise coming up. So hopefully we might get to see a little bit of that. Uh certainly nice to get out of the pipe
music I think as well. I think uh going to have to get used to that over the next couple of days. We are we're walking out to the helicopter now. Totally.
Look at this. So, this is the helicopter we're going up in. >> No. No. >> Now, this is the um main airport we came into last night. >> And the pilot is now going to lead us in. >> It's still early morning at Las Vegas airport, just after sunrise. And today we're doing something we've been really
looking forward to. We're heading out on a helicopter tour over the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. Now, full disclosure, before we even lift off, he has managed to bag the front seat next to the pilot, which means she's got the best view in the helicopter. Unfortunately for me, I'm stuck in the
middle at the back. Not ideal for filming, but still, when you're flying over some of the most iconic scenery in the world, you don't complain too much, do you? It isn't like boarding a plane. It's loud. It's powerful. And it feels like an adventure before you even left the ground.
And just like that, we're lifting off. Las Vegas drops away surprisingly
quickly. One moment you're surrounded by runways, terminals, and city noise. And the next is open desert stretching out in every direction. From up here, the strip feels miles away. A reminder that a Vegas is really in the laces in the middle of nowhere.
You can see roads cutting straight lines through the landscape with mountains rising up in the horizon. The early morning light makes a huge difference, softening everything and giving the desert a warm glow. This is exactly why we wanted a sunrise fly. As we fly further out, the landscape
starts to change. The desert gives way to rock formations and deep valleys. And then slowly something unmissable appears in the distance. The Hoover Dam. Seeing it from the air really puts its scale into perspective. From the ground, it's impressive, but from up here, you can really appreciate the sheer ambition
behind it. This has to be one of the most famous engineering projects in the world. Built in one of the harshest environments imaginable. The contrast is incredible. Man-made structures surrounded by vast, untamed nature. Lake me stretches out behind a dam, calm and almost glassy in the early morning
light. Once we pass the Hoover Dam, it really starts to feel remote. There are fewer roads, fewer signs of civilization, and more dramatic terrain. The colors out here are amazing. deep reds, browns, and oranges. All changing as the sun climbs higher.
It's one of those moments where you stop filming for a second just to take it all in. The noise of the helicopter fades into the background and you realize how small you feel in a landscape like this.
Flying in a helicopter feels completely different to a plane. You can feel every movement, the turns, the climbs, the drops, but it's surprisingly smooth. But there's always a reminder that you're suspended in the air. Even from the back seat, the views are incredible. Though I won't lie, I am slightly jealous of that
front seat right now. V's got a clear, uninterrupted view straight ahead. And I'm doing my best to film around people, seats, and windows. Still not exactly a bad problem to have, is it?
And then almost without warning, the ground just disappears. years. The Grand Canyon opens up beneath us, and no photo or video really prepares you for it. It's vast. Layer upon layer of rock carved over millions of years. From above, you can see just how deep it really is. With shadows filling the
canyon with sunlight catching the ridges, the early morning light really makes it even more dramatic, highlighting details you completely miss later in the day. This is one of those places that makes you feel very small in the best possible way.
Heat. Heat.
The helicopter bangs gently as we follow the curves of the canyon. Every turn reveals a completely new view, and it honestly feels impossible to decide where to look. Even stuck in the middle at the back, the views are unreal. You can see layers of history written into the rock. Each one representing an
unimaginable stretch of time. It's quiet up here, not silent, but peaceful in a way that's hard to explain. This is one of those experiences that's going to stay with you for a long time after it's over.
As we begin our journey back, back. It really sinks in how special this was. Seeing the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam from the air just after sunrise is something we'll never forget. Even without perfect seats or perfect audio, the experience itself more than makes up for it. This was less about talking and more
about feeling them all. If you ever get the chance to do a float that gets especially early in the morning, we honestly couldn't recommend it enough. An unforgettable way to experience two true icons of the American Southwest.

There's the manderlay by Yeah, it's pretty The sun's really warm as well. Um, it's November, nearly December, and that feels lovely in the sun. Really does. Um, I think I might regret wearing this hoodie, but we'll find out. What a truly amazing experience. Just can't tell you how
