It's Boots's birthday and I want to get him the best gift ever. And that is why I scoured the internet to find the best cat gadgets ever. So, we're going to see which one is Boots's favorite. So, the first product we have is I forget what kind of fish this is. Is this like an angler fish or something? And I guess
it's like a little hat for him that I can tie around his chin, but then there's a feather on the top for him to like play with. Let's see if he likes it. Come here. Hey. Okay, his ears go through the ear holes and then we tie this under his chin. So, here's how he looks. I feel like he
looks adorable. He looks so happy, you guys. How do you feel, Mr. Boots? I know, it's really cute, huh? Let's see what he think. Oh my god. You know, I don't think Boots really liked this one. But, that takes me to our ranking system behind me. We have a P, meaning period perfect. We love this
one. We have a U, meaning you might want this one, but you also might not want this one. And then we have an R for really, really bad. Boots didn't like this. So, it spells per and we're going to put our little fish hat on the R shelf. But, make sure to stick around to the end of the video because the
products progressively get crazier. Now, the next toy I'm really excited about. This looks so cool. This is a grilled fish toy. So, it looks like a little fish on top of a fire and then if Boots rotates it, I think treats fall out. And speaking of treats, don't worry about Boots. I'm going to be giving him a ton
of treats throughout the rest of this video because he's putting up with my shenanigans. I feel like there was a better way to do that. Okay, so we put the fish in the sticks like this and then this goes here like that. The bottom spins, which is kind of really fun. He's literally more
interested in the trash than he is in the actual toy. But, let's add some of his favorite snacks in here to sweeten the deal. So, we have the Temptations birthday treats because it is Boots' birthday. Let's see if I can get some of these in here. So, I'm going to set this on the ground and see if Boots can smell
his favorite treats and figure out how to get them out. Okay, now he's putting two and two together. Look, I have a treat right here and I'm going to put it in there. Oh, well. Well, that didn't work. Come on, Boots. I know you can do it. He is so confused. He's not even looking in the correct
spot. I'm going to go ahead and say our little fish campfire was a flop and because of that, we are going to go ahead and put it on the R tier because Boots really does not want this one. Next up and Boots has been messing around with this box the entire time. This is the feline four sword style
catnip toys. So, basically, they look like murder weapons except they have catnip in them and Boots really likes them. At the end of the day, Boo Boo does yearn for violence. So, we're going to see which one of our weapons here is going to be his favorite. Let's see what we're working with in here. Okay, what
is this? This is a It's kind of like a spicy axe. I want to say this is a cleaver. Oh my gosh, we got a We got a saw. And then lastly, we have a knife. So, I'm going to put them on the floor and we're going to see if Boots picks a favorite. The knife. Aw, he loves the knife. So, Boots' weapon of choice is in fact a
knife and it has been confirmed. Oh, he's actually he's kicking it. I don't know why Boots is so violent. Like, why is this a toy that he's enjoying the most so far and like should I be concerned? Okay, he's coming back to the pile to test out a different weapon. Oh, saw. Boots is absolutely
obsessed with these which is mildly concerning. Glad he's happy but also I'm a little scared to go to sleep tonight. We're obviously going to go ahead and put these on the P tier. Next up, we got these cat chew ropes and they say "Teeth cleaning, mood soothing, quiet self-entertainment." That would be so
period because Boots just runs around and screams all the time. So, if we could get some quiet self-entertainment, that would be cute. That would be slay. It also says 100% satisfaction on the back. Boots is going to be the real judge of this. Oh, there's like a little satchel of catnip, maybe, so that they
like smell like catnip. And we have a few different colors. Boots is looking a little sleepy, but hopefully also ready to play. Let's see if we might be on a peek his interest. >> Huh? >> Okay, I just handed it to him. He's biting it. Oh my god, I think he loves it. When he starts to kick, you know
that's always a great sign. And I'm secretly cleaning his teeth and enhancing his mood. Oh, no, he's just going to lay very distinguished on top of it with his hands crossed. Great. So, Boots really enjoyed these little rope toys. I would say this was a good investment. So, I'm going to go ahead
and put it on the P tier. Okay, next up, we got this splash pad for Boots. I'm going to blow it up and then I think we also have to fill it up with water. I'm not 100% sure. Now that we got the outside blown up, I'm going to take a little field trip to the sink so that we can fill it up with
some water. So, I got it filled up and I'm going to put it on the ground and see what he thinks. So, basically, he can like stand on it and like the little fish in here like move around. He seems a little scared of it. I think he thinks they're real fish. I'm going to put a treat on top of it,
see if he will get it. You know he's nervous if he's not going to go and get that treat because he is very treat motivated. He didn't like that. >> Nope. >> I guess cats don't like water, so why would he like this? So, Boots hated the splash pad. I think he was honestly kind of scared of it. So, we're going to go
ahead and put it in the R tier because he will not be using this again and I'm honestly probably going to throw it away immediately. So, this is a cat laser toy that kind of moves itself around. And Boots does really enjoy playing with a laser, so I think he might be interested in this. And it also looks super cute
cuz it has little cat ears. It looks like a little kitty robot. So, I guess I'm going to try to attach it to the shelf and then we'll turn it on and see if Boots likes it. Oh my god, he thinks he caught it. You see, he wants to play but he doesn't know where it's at. I don't even know where it's at. Oh, there it is. Yes, Boo Boo. Yes. He doesn't know where it is. He thinks it's in the crack. Boots really loved this laser toy, but it kind of does skip around a little
bit, so he was getting confused cuz he would follow it to one area and then it would just like turn off and then appear like on the other side of the room. So, it was getting a little confusing for him, but this does have a lot of potential. So, I'm going to go ahead and put it in the new tier. Now, this one
when I saw it online, I thought it was going to be really interesting. This is an electric dolphin suspension ball. I don't know why they're calling it a dolphin because it's a whale. Because the whole point is it has a blowhole because it's a whale. Comment down below, let me know who this is. Is this
a dolphin or is this a whale? So, basically you turn it on and it came with this little ball. And this looks like magic right now. Why do I feel like a wizard? Ready? Oh. Oh, he didn't like the air. He's going to think this is literally sorcery right now. He's so confused. He has his face raised. Hit
it. See, look, it rolls on the ground, Boo Boo. But then look, I'm going to cast a spell on it and the look he just gave me, he actually thinks I'm a sorcerer. Good job. GOOD JOB. OH MY GOODNESS, GOOD JOB. BOOTS WAS PRETTY INTERESTED in this. He He would like hit it out of the air,
which I thought was pretty cool. I don't think it's the best toy that we've seen so far today, but it's also definitely not the worst. So, I'm going to put it in the U tier. Now, we have this smart interactive car toy. I don't really know how this one works, so let's open it and see what we got. So, it came with a
remote. So, I guess I can drive the car. It came with a little wormy attachment, which Boots is a big fan of. And then, it's already turning on. Hello. What the heck is going on? Put in the back like that. Now, I'm going to put it on the ground and see if I can steer it. Oh, there goes
There goes Oh, shoot. It tipped over. Wait, this is really hard. I've never like had a remote control car because like I'm not a boy, but this is really fun. I feel like this is a horrible toy. I don't know who invented this. Personally me, I never want to see this again. I want to destroy it with a hammer. So,
we're going to put it in the archery. This product I honestly don't remember ordering. I don't know why I got this. Here's what she looks like. So, this is a little cat puppet toy. What is this supposed to do? I don't understand why Boots would like this. Also, I don't know why she's dressed like a sumo
wrestler. I don't know like what her vibe is there, but let's see if Boots enjoys her as a friend. Aw, Boots likes his friend. This is Mr. Wiggles, Boots. You guys are friends. Oh my god, they're kissing. I mean, Boots was purring while I was petting him with his new kitty friend.
So, he definitely doesn't hate this. I'm going to go ahead and put it in the U tier. Let me know what we should name her. So, this is the duck dog puzzle feeder toy. Now, online it said it was for cats. There was zero mention of this whole dog thing. So, I guess you fill it up in this little dome with some kibble,
and there's a pedal that Boots can step on, and that shoots kibble out of this little hole. And we know that Boots is very food motivated, so maybe he'll be interested in this one. All right, I just filled up the little dome with his kibble, and we are going to attach that here, and then see how this works. Oh,
wait, I got it. Oh my god. So, I don't got it. But, this is like heaven for Boots because now he doesn't even have to deal with my shenanigans because he does have snacks. Great. Yeah, this is great. This is probably the best birthday gift he could possibly receive. And so, what you do is
you hit this pedal and it makes food come out. But, I don't know that Boots could ever figure this out if I'm being so real with y'all. What do you think, Boots? It's pretty cool. Really exciting, huh, Boots? I'm so glad that I could spend all of my money that I worked really hard for on toys that
Boots actually despises. So, number one, Boots couldn't figure out how to use this. Number two, I just spent the last 20 minutes cleaning kibble off my floor. So, I'm going to say I hate it and we're going to put it in the art tier. Now, this next one I think is like a scratching post ball. The photo that I
saw online made it look a lot bigger and cooler. I actually thought it was going to come and be like this size. It came in a few pieces, so I do have to build it. >> A few moments later. >> I got it all built with no help from anyone, just me, 100% myself. And I'm going to sprinkle some catnip on it
because I feel like that might make him a little more interested. Oh, so he does just want the catnip. So, we're going to have to take this away. Okay, he's definitely interested, but can he figure out what it's used for? Because he does have a scratching post that's made out of a similar material, so I feel like he
might like it. He just wants me to pet him. He doesn't want it. So, I'm starting to get worried that maybe like my son's an addict. And like should I be concerned about, you know, this catnip thing? I don't know. Maybe. So, he liked the catnip, but he didn't like this. So, we're going to put it on the art tier.
Next up, we have this spicy little number. It kind of looks like a little cat Reese's cup. I don't really know what is supposed to happen here. It looks like there's a little rat. Oh, okay. So, she needs batteries. Great. Let me go see if I have any. Okay, so I don't own any batteries, so I do have
these fake candles that I'm going to kidnap the batteries from because that's really our only option here. Oh my god, I feel things happening. Hold on. Okay, so it just makes the mouse kind of like roll around and pop out of the holes. I don't know, maybe Boots will like this one. Okay, he's sniffing it, so he's
definitely interested. Okay, he's kind of chasing the mouse around. And I'm pretty sure this one was from like TikTok shop or something, so I didn't really expect a whole lot. Well, he's eating the treats in the middle, which I mean obviously we knew he was going to do that. I don't even think he realizes
there's a joy happening here. He thinks it's just a place. Look, it's Look, it's fun, Boots. You can like hit it and stuff, you know? It's like, "Whoa, what if I stopped it?" He doesn't even care at all, you guys. He does not even care at all. So, he did like it for a second and he was a little bit interested, but
then he got bored pretty quickly, so I don't think this is a very good toy. This is also going in the R tier, which is getting extremely full today. Cat gloves. So, this is kind of similar to our cat licking tongue from the first video. It's supposed to kind of feel like Boots' mother is licking him, which
I am Boots' biological mother, and I think it's also to like deshed him while you're also petting him. So, this could be a good bonding activity for us. Look, he's interested. Finally, something Boots doesn't hate off the bat. Oh my gosh, he likes it. He's purring. I don't know if you guys can hear that. And they
actually look like they're working really well. Like look how smooth down his hair looks on his back from me petting him. And he just laid down, so I think he's kind of enjoying. He's getting like a little massage for his birthday. Well, they didn't get a ton of hair off of Boots, but he was purring
and it seemed like he was tolerating it. I would say these are decent, and I think it's safe to put them in our U tier. Next, we got this running cat toy, and if I remember correctly, this one was kind of expensive, so I have high expectations. There's like little conveyor belts in each of these pieces,
and this is the one with the power. So, if you turn it on after you wrap some yarns through it, then it will like move around. And it also came with a few little things that you can tie, and I guess let's set it up and see if he likes it. >> Later. >> Okay, guys, I got it all set up. I tied
a few things to it that it came with that I think Boo Boo would be into. Let's turn it on. >> Turn it on. He did not >> not expect this to happen. Oh my god, so this is maximum speed, which definitely Boo Boo has no chance at. Now, I'm going to turn it down to the minimum speed. This is as slow as it goes. Oh, he wants
to punch it. Okay, HE'S GETTING MORE CONFIDENT. YES, HE'S GETTING MORE CONFIDENT. OH MY GOD, he's slapping the crap out of it. So, that actually just kept him entertained for a solid 10 minutes, and he looks really sad that I just turned it off so that I could film. So, Boots is actually
obsessed with this one. It took him a second to get warmed up to it and like be confident enough to like start hitting it and trying to bite it and stuff, but I think he's really going to enjoy this toy. And I'm definitely going to keep this set up and use it on him. I'm going to put our running cat toy in
the pee tier. We got another one to join the party with all the weapons. So, now it's time to circle back to our bubble backpack for Boo. Now, I've never had one of these, so I don't know if they work and if he's going to enjoy this. I frequently get jealous that dogs are allowed to come with people everywhere,
but it would be weird if I brought Boots. Because obviously, I want to bring my son everywhere that I go. Let's put Boots in there and get his thoughts. All right, Boots is officially in his backpack, and he is sticking his hand through the holes and trying to play footsies with me, but he doesn't seem
like he minds it. I guys, I'm going to put him on my back, and we're going to take him on a field trip. Okay, I'm going to take Boots on a walk, and we're going to see how he does. I think he's having fun. Does he look like he's having fun? Okay, let's get Scott's reaction. >> Hey, what's going on?
